Ginger’s career experience covers from academia to industry, owning publications and patents. She had a successful 23+ year career in Aerospace, serving in a fortune 100 company as the Sr. Director and Distinguished Technology Fellow in leading development and implementation of artificial intelligence technologies, by integrating machine learning with physics-based modeling and domain knowledge. She led the partnership with universities, government, and other Fortune 100 companies in technology development. She led the business proposal development, technology pipeline management, intellectual property portfolio management, and patent creation process and management. She also led industry standard development, and is featured in the book "Flight Paths to Success: Career Insights from Women Leaders in Aerospace (2021)."
